Sweet and lemony with a gentle tartness, this Lemon Creamed Honey is smooth, flavorful, and easy to spread. Made with raw honey and pure lemon, it’s a lovely treat to keep in your kitchen or give as a gift.
Stir a spoonful into tea, spread it on sweet bread, or add it to sugar cookies. It’s also delicious on fresh fruit and poppy seed muffins.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for a softer texture. Refrigerate if you prefer a firmer, butter-like spread.
