Shipping policy

At Olivetta Market, we carefully pack every order to ensure your olive oils, balsamics, and gourmet goods arrive safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, special events, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship via UPS.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

  • Expedited shipping options (such as 2nd Day Air) are available at checkout when applicable.

Local Pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available at our Utica, Illinois location.

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Packaging

  • All items are securely packaged using protective materials designed for glass bottles.

  • Orders containing olive oils or balsamic vinegars are packed to prevent leaks or breakage during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Weather Considerations

  • Extreme temperatures may affect olive oil during transit.

  • While olive oil may temporarily solidify in cold weather, this does not impact quality. It will return to normal once brought to room temperature.

Delivery Issues

  • Olivetta Market is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Once an order has shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address].

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
