Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship via UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Expedited shipping options (such as 2nd Day Air) are available at checkout when applicable.
Local Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our Utica, Illinois location.

You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Packaging

All items are securely packaged using protective materials designed for glass bottles.

Orders containing olive oils or balsamic vinegars are packed to prevent leaks or breakage during transit.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Weather Considerations

Extreme temperatures may affect olive oil during transit.

While olive oil may temporarily solidify in cold weather, this does not impact quality. It will return to normal once brought to room temperature.
Delivery Issues

Olivetta Market is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
