SNS Dips- Cranberry Apple Chicken Salad Dip Mix

Sweet cranberries, a hint of apple, and savory herbs bring something special to a classic chicken salad. Serve it chilled on its own, pile it onto a sandwich, or tuck it into a wrap.

Combine the mix packet with ¾ cup real mayonnaise and 1 cup diced or shredded chicken, or one large can of chicken. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let the flavors come together.

Leftover Thanksgiving turkey works beautifully in place of chicken. For extra crunch and flavor, add diced apple, celery, chopped red onion, or pecans.
