Inspired by Lake Michigan’s green shoreline, this blend brings together chives, scallions, green peppercorns, and shallots. It adds an elegant, bold finish to fish, omelets, and vegetables.
To make a simple salad dressing, mix the seasoning to taste with lemon juice, mustard, and oil.
Previously named Lake Shore Drive Shallot & Herb Seasoning.
