A spicy margarita at home, made easy. This infusion jar combines dried jalapeño with the seeds left in for extra heat, citrus, and lime-infused organic cane sugar. Three sugar cubes provide a little extra sweetness to balance the spice.
To prepare: Add tequila to the jar and refrigerate overnight. Shake well, then strain 2 oz of the infused tequila into a shaker with 3 oz of your favorite margarita mix and ice. Shake and serve.
Make your own margarita mix: Combine 4 oz simple syrup, 1 oz orange juice, 3 oz lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Use 3 oz of this mixture per cocktail.
