Exquisite, rare, and profoundly complex — Denissimo is crafted from Trebbiano grape must that is naturally caramelized, cooked down extensively, and aged far longer than traditional balsamics in the historic Batteria of Modena. It contains less than 1% barrel-aged Italian red wine vinegar for probiotic benefit and matures slowly in five distinct wood casks: mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood.
