Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Jalapeño Fused Olive Oil
  • 1½–2 tbsp Watermelon Rosé Balsamic
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Optional: fresh mint or basil for garnish

How to Make

  1. In a large bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, red onion, and feta.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Jalapeño Olive Oil, Watermelon Rosé Balsamic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint or basil if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
