The Olivetta Signature Martini

• 2½ oz gin or vodka

• ½ oz dry vermouth

• ½–¾ oz olive brine

• Stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass

• Finish with a few drops of Olivetta’s Rosemary Fused Olive Oil

• Garnish with a rosemary sprig or olive
