Tangerine Balsamic Brownies
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Optional add-ins
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon orange or tangerine zest
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar. Whisk until fully combined.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder just until incorporated. Do not overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until edges are set and the center is slightly fudgy.
- Cool completely before slicing. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
