Tangerine Balsamic Brownies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Optional add-ins

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon orange or tangerine zest
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar. Whisk until fully combined.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder just until incorporated. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until edges are set and the center is slightly fudgy.
  8. Cool completely before slicing. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
