Pomegranate Balsamic Marinade

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Pomegranate Balsamic
  • ¼ cup Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon good-quality Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, salt, and pomegranate balsamic until thoroughly blended.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the garlic infused olive oil, whisking quickly and continuously, until the marinade becomes thick and emulsified.
  3. Place your meat of choice (pork, steak, or tofu) into a sealable container or large zip-top bag.
  4. Pour the marinade over the meat and coat thoroughly.
  5. Refrigerate and marinate for 4–6 hours, turning the meat at least once during the process.
  6. Bake, broil, or grill your choice of meat or tofu until cooked through.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
