Pomegranate Balsamic Marinade
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Pomegranate Balsamic
- ¼ cup Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon good-quality Dijon-style mustard
- 2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, salt, and pomegranate balsamic until thoroughly blended.
- Slowly drizzle in the garlic infused olive oil, whisking quickly and continuously, until the marinade becomes thick and emulsified.
- Place your meat of choice (pork, steak, or tofu) into a sealable container or large zip-top bag.
- Pour the marinade over the meat and coat thoroughly.
- Refrigerate and marinate for 4–6 hours, turning the meat at least once during the process.
- Bake, broil, or grill your choice of meat or tofu until cooked through.
