Italian Loaded Pizza Dip

Italian Loaded Pizza Dip

Warm, cheesy, and loaded with all the flavors of pizza, this easy baked dip is made for football season and game-day gatherings.

Serves: 6–8
Bake: 375°F for 20–25 minutes

Ingredients

For the Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni
  • ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • 2 tbsp finely diced red onion

For Finishing

  • 1–2 tsp Neapolitan Herb Balsamic
  • 1 tsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • Fresh basil, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, ricotta, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and Tuscan Herb Olive Oil until combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a small baking dish or pie plate.
  4. Spoon the pizza sauce evenly over the cheese layer.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, black olives, and red onion.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Just before serving, lightly drizzle with 1–2 teaspoons Neapolitan Herb Balsamic and 1 teaspoon Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Finish with fresh basil if desired.

Olivetta Tip

A little Neapolitan Herb Balsamic goes a long way here. The light finishing drizzle cuts through the richness of the cheese and brings out the savory pizza flavors without making the dip taste sweet.

Serving Suggestions
