Dark Chocolate Walnut Brownies
Ingredients
- ½ cup roasted walnut oil
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate dark balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl (or using a double boiler), melt the dark chocolate chips with the roasted walnut oil until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and dark chocolate balsamic vinegar. Mix until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
