Chimichurri Steak Bites
These steak bites are bold, savory, and full of fresh herb flavor. Chimichurri Verde Olive Oil brings garlic and herbs while Traditional Dark Balsamic adds richness and balance for an easy dish that feels perfect for grilling season.

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Chimichurri Verde Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Traditional Dark Balsamic (for marinade)
- 1 tbsp Traditional Dark Balsamic (for finishing)
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
How to Make
- In a bowl, toss steak pieces with Chimichurri Verde Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Traditional Dark Balsamic, salt, and pepper.
- Let marinate for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with remaining Traditional Dark Balsamic.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
