Blackberry Jalapeño Glazed Shrimp
This dish strikes a delicious balance of gentle heat from jalapeño and fruity depth from blackberry ginger balsamic, perfect for shrimp with a sweet-heat kick.

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Jalapeño Infused Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced bell peppers or snap peas, sautéed
- Cooked rice for serving
How to Make
- Toss the shrimp with 1 tbsp jalapeño olive oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, combine blackberry ginger balsamic and honey. Simmer on low heat for about 2–3 minutes, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
- Sauté or grill the shrimp in the remaining 1 tbsp jalapeño olive oil until cooked through, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the warm balsamic glaze.
- Serve over rice with optional sautéed vegetables on the side.
