Balsamic Butter Mushrooms & Onions
This savory skillet dish brings together rich, buttery flavor with the depth of traditional balsamic. The mushrooms and onions caramelize beautifully in the pan, creating a simple, comforting side with big flavor.

Ingredients
- 16 oz mushrooms (button, cremini, or a mix)
- 1 large yellow or red onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp Butter Infused Olive Oil
- 1½–2 tbsp Traditional Dark Balsamic
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
How to Make
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tbsp Butter Infused Olive Oil.
- Add mushrooms in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 4–5 minutes to allow them to brown.
- Stir and continue cooking until mushrooms release moisture and begin to caramelize.
- Add sliced onions and remaining olive oil. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until onions are soft and golden.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with Traditional Dark Balsamic. Toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
